At Own Your Stigma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase as you advocate for mental health awareness. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy for updates on your return's progress.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
